In Corona situation how to keep yourself healthy by boosting your immunity ?



It is very important to keep yourself healthy in the terrible corona situation and for that, you need a healthy diet.


Find out now how to change your diet list from waking up in the morning to going to bed.




1) Raw turmeric

Get up in the morning on an empty stomach eat Raw turmeric and molasses, Raw turmeric has a lot of iron which is very good for your lungs and heart. 


If you have enough iron in your body, you can easily get relief from cold and cough attacks. 

It is also very good for your stomach and it will also act as an anthelmintic (which means it can destroy worms).




2) Almonds

Eat a handful of raw almonds (water-soaked) every morning for breakfast or in the afternoon.
Almonds are rich in vitamin E and mineral salts or minerals. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant, boosts our immune system and is a good natural blood thinner.


The role of minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, selenium etc. for the essential immunity of our body is incomparable and almond contains this all. 


Despite having all the minerals, it is sodium less i.e. It also controls blood sugar and pressure. You can also eat peanuts but keep in mind that 
almonds are more beneficial than peanuts.





3)Protein

Put protein foods on the food list. Include eggs or fish or meat in your lunch every day along with pulses, soybeans etc. If you eat 100 grams of 
fish you will get about 25 grams of protein from it, but you need at least 50 grams of protein in a day.




4) Vitamin C

Put a slice of lemon on your plate, Vegetables contain a lot of iron. The body needs vitamin C to absorb this iron properly which you will 
find in lemons. 


If you eat any fruit after eating, try to eat seasonal fruits. Various berry fruits like
Strawberry's, Raspberry's, Indian gooseberry, BlackBerry etc. are very beneficial fruits with vitamin C so try to eat these.




5) Eat easily digested food at night

Eat easily digestible food at night, Eat milk bread or milk rice or bread curry or rice dal curry because at night we should eat light food as we have less digestion capacity.




 6) Avoid tea or
coffee

If you have a habit of drinking tea or coffee, there is a possibility of anaemia, so instead of tea you can drink this - at first take some ginger, 
black pepper, cardamom then crush it and boil it in water with sugar, you can also use palm candy instead of sugar.

Or you can use molasses. It is better to add some basil leaves with that.




It is very important to change some of the habits along with changing the eating habits, 
such as -

1) Never put wet clothes in your room as it increases the humidity of the room so that the germs can easily settle in your body and you 
may suffer from frequent colds and coughs.


2) After washing hands and feet, wipe well with a dry cloth. Do not stay wet after bathing. Wipe the head very well and never keep the hair wet.

3) Never leave soap bars or soap cases in the bathroom as this can cause various germs in the bathroom to lodge in them. After applying soap
